NEURAL ANNOUNCES FIRST TWO RECIPIENTS OF NEURAL AUDIO "BROADCAST BRAIN" AT NAB 2004

Las Vegas, NV —April 17, 2004—Neural Audio, Corp. (www.neuralaudio.com), a leading provider of DSP (digital signal processing) solutions for the digital broadcast industry, today announced the first two recipients of the company’s new "Broadcast Brain," presented for significant contributions and "intelligent" decisions in the digital broadcast market. This year’s awards went to KBKS/KISS in Seattle, and to Harris Corporation, Broadcast Communications Division. KBKS/KISS is the first commercial HD Radio station in the U.S. to become fully 5.1 surround sound enabled. Harris Corporation has championed the development and adoption of digital TV and HD radio with its groundbreaking Harris’ NeuStar line of broadcast processors.

"This is our way of recognizing their contributions to the industry," commented Mark Seigle, EVP Marketing and Business Development. It’s due to the pioneering efforts of stations like KBKS/KISS, and individuals like Jim Hauptstueck and Harris Corporation, that the full benefits of digital broadcast can be realized.
