SUPER BOWL XLIII DTS NEURAL SURROUND

Agoura Hills, CA, January 30, 2009 - DTS, Inc. (Nasdaq: DTSI) and the NFL are partnering to deliver the upcoming HD international broadcast of Super Bowl XLIII from Tampa, Florida using DTS Neural Surround™ technology, which will enable international TV viewers to experience the game in 5.1 surround sound using any consumer surround sound system.

A total of 61 international broadcasters will televise the game to 230 countries and territories in 34 languages (including English) with the HD signal going to 19 broadcast partners in 152 countries. The live broadcast begins at 6:00PM EST, 3:00PM PST on Sunday, February 1st.
